This 1984 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Sport Coupe is finished in Grand Prix White with a black interior featuring the desirable early sports seats with rare Porsche Script fabric, all of which remain original and in particularly good condition. The car has covered 87,900 miles with 6 former keepers, the last enthusiast owner retaining it for 11 years where it was always stored in a dehumidified garage, following a previous longterm ownership of 14 years. Supported by a comprehensive service history with 28 recorded services on file, the car has been maintained exclusively by respected Porsche specialists Sports & Classic of Cheshire for the past decade. In March 2017, the engine underwent a top end rebuild alongside a full gearbox rebuild, with a new clutch also fitted at this time. The car has covered just 6,500 miles since this work & remains leak free and running very well.

The bodywork presents exceptionally well, benefitting from a professional repaint carried out to a very high standard by Clarke & Carter Restorations. No rust issues present in the usual problem areas and a lovely even finish in the paint. More recent mechanical improvements include a stainless steel sports exhaust system with stainless heat exchangers, new brake discs and pads, replacement oil tank, new fuel tank and oil pipes, along with anti roll bar bushes and new drop links. The underside has also been protected with clear wax oil.

The 3.2 litre flat six starts easily, pulls well and remains free from oil leaks and with excellent oil pressure. The car drives particularly well, feeling tight and with all systems operating as they should. Inside, the cabin retains a pleasingly original feel, complete with a period Blaupunkt cassette stereo. The electrics are all functioning correctly, including the electric windows and sunroof.

The car sits on its original 16 inch Fuchs alloy wheels, now fitted with brand new premium tyres. It is supplied with its original full tool kit, spare wheel, electric compressor, jack, two keys, original service book and drivers manual, along with a substantial history file.
