1971 Porsche 911 2.2 T

Matching numbers, Original colour, Superb condition

A beautiful example of the classic early 70’s 911T presented in its original and desirable period colour of Signal Orange (1414) with Black leatherette interior. Importantly this is a matching numbers car, as confirmed by the Porsche Certificate Of Authenticity on file. Originally supplied in the USA where it resided in California then Texas and was imported to the UK in 2016. Upon arrival the car was stripped and repainted in its original colour by specialists Lux Classics. The car was then UK registered and benefitted servicing work carried in 2016 and 2017 by marque specialists Paul Stephens. The car presents very well with the paintwork still looking particularly sharp with little to no imperfections. The chrome trim is in superb condition, Euro headlights have been fitted along with a new Black headlining and the steering wheel refurbished. The car runs and drives well feeling light and agile on the road. The original 15 inch Fuchs wheels are still present and in good condition with matching Goodyear tyres. A Porsche classic stereo has now also been fitted offering navigation and phone connectivity. Other recent work includes the installation of a new fuel tank and new shifter bushes. The odometer shows an unwarranted 16,683 miles. In summary, this Porsche 911 2.2 T is a well maintained Porsche which has had significant recent expenditure and is now ready to be enjoyed by a new owner.
